  1. In shallow bowl beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
  2. Dip cake slices into egg mixture, coating both sides
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle on medium heat and cook until golden brown on each side.
  4. Top with powdered sugar, butter and/or your choice of maple syrup or a fruit compote.
