When I first started my journey into the world of food prep, breakfast was my first meal to tackle. I needed something for when I was on the go and easy to prepare in the mornings. Homemade breakfast burritos. I can’t lie… I was addicted to them for a while, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just pop them in the microwave or oven and it was a little roll of heaven on earth!
When I saw these on breakfast rolls on The REAL Housewives of Riverton, I fell in love. I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but I couldn’t wait to share it with you!
